Refund policy
Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
It must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please include a note stating it is being returned for a refund, your order number/invoice number and your email address.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within three business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
Our payment provider's refund system is almost instantaneous, but your bank may not post the refund for up to 10 days! If you haven’t received a refund after that period, recheck your bank account, then contact your credit card company. Next, contact your bank. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at returns@upload.com.au.
