Shipping policy
1. We only charge you the costs that we incur in shipping your order to you. Ie. We don't pad shipping charges.
2. We usually ship your order the same business day if received before noon. Next business day if not.
3. Orders are usually shipped via Australia Post, which will hand off the items to local carriers internationally if required.
4. Please watch out for failed delivery notifications. If the carrier cannot deliver your order (they usually require a signature), they will leave a card notifying you that it may need to be picked up or that alternative delivery arrangements need to be made. Please don't delay in contacting them! They hold the parcel for a limited time and then return it to us. There will be a delay before we receive it, and we will then require further payment to cover the cost AusPost charge to return the package to us and also the cost to ship your order again. We don't want this to happen, so please look out for your order and any emails or text from the postal service indicating your package is awaiting collection at your local post office. Most orders reach many parts of the world in 5 business days.
5. It is very rare for us to be out of stock, but if this happens, we will give you the option to cancel your order.
