After signing up, you should receive a confirmation email within 24 hrs. If you don't see this in your inbox, here's what you can do...
Not getting our emails?
If you don't see the subscription confirmation email within 24 hours, or if the monthly newsletters stop arriving in your inbox.
1. Check your Junk folder (online email systems like Gmail, occasionally change the filters that determine which emails bypass your Inbox). If our email is in there, make sure to mark it as Not Junk, and also add our email e2e@upload.com.au to the Whitelist in your Account Options to ensure our emails always go straight to your Inbox.
2. If our email is not in your Inbox or Junk folder, please contact us and let us know! We'll check that we have your correct address or investigate other possible issues. As our content can discuss sensitive subjects (like Body Safety or prevention of abuse and violence), we've found that some mail server systems will block our emails. These systems are in place to protect you from nasties, but also unfortunately inhibit the constructive information that we provide! With your help we can look into improving our emails to make sure you're getting the information you've requested.
