Private Parts are Private: Learning private parts are private and what to do if touched inappropriately

Secrets and Surprises: Learning the difference between secrets and surprises

The Little BIG Chats - Body Safety Bundle has been created to support parents, caregivers, and educators in having open, age-appropriate conversations with young children about vital topics related to body safety and consent. This collection of five picture books—Consent, My Safety Network, My Early Warning Signs, Private Parts are Private, and Secrets and Surprises—is designed to empower children with the knowledge and confidence to protect their personal safety.

Each book includes interactive questions to encourage thoughtful discussions, as well as additional Discussion Questions on the inside back cover to help guide deeper conversations around these important topics. Feel free to pause while reading to unpack the text together and follow your child's lead wherever the conversation takes you.
